  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes, we are currently accepting custom orders. Custom orders range anywhere from custom stationery (including wedding stationery), prints, signage, etc. Please note that while we have tidbits of illustration on our cards, we focus primarily on calligraphy/typography for custom orders. If your custom order involves a lot of illustration work, we recommend reaching out to another artist. If you would like recommendations, please reach out to us, we'd be happy to share our favorite artists with you!
  • What does the wedding stationery design process look like?
    Together, we will go through all of the things you hope to include in your invitation suite, and an estimate will be provided to you. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront, to reserve your date on our calendars. We do this as we take only a limited amount of wedding stationery clients each year, to make sure we can best serve each client's interests + to make sure there is enough time for us to create our best work. After receipt of the deposit, you will be provided with a timeline customized to your wedding and we will work together to create your customized suite. Samples of different papers/envelopes will be provided, and you will be able to choose between a variety of lettering styles to suit your needs.   • Do you take collaborations? Can we work together?
    Absolutely - we have worked with several brands in the past, and always welcome new partnerships. Please contact us with your ideas!
  • Shipping + Returns
    We do our best to fulfill our orders within 1-3 days upon receipt of your order. We currently use USPS (first-class mail or priority mail) to ship all of our products + we hope to add more shipping options soon - especially international shipping! If you are located outside of the U.S., and are interested in our products, please send us an email and we will provide a custom quote. Thanks for your patience! If you change your mind about a product, we will gladly accept them back in their unopened + unused conditions within a week of receipt. We do not offer free return shipping, but a full refund of your product will be provided.
